Program Purpose:

To provide immediate support, protection, and pathways to stability for homeless individuals and survivors of domestic violence.

Problem Statement:

Homelessness and domestic violence leave individuals, particularly women and children, without safety, stability, or access to support services. Many face repeated cycles of crisis without structured intervention.

Program Description

StreetConnect conducts outreach to identify and engage homeless individuals, while the Safe House component provides temporary, secure shelter for those affected by domestic violence or homelessness. The program prioritises safety, dignity, and case-managed pathways toward reintegration.
