Program Purpose:

To reintegrate beneficiaries into society through skills development, employment pathways, and long-term independence.

Problem Statement

Without structured exit pathways, individuals receiving relief support risk long-term dependency. Sustainable change requires skills, opportunity, and personal development.

Program Description

Project Restart is the Foundation’s reintegration and exit pathway. Beneficiaries from relief programs may engage for no more than three years, after which they transition into skills training, employment readiness, and independent living, supported by mentoring and compassion.

Target Beneficiaries

Participants exiting Food Bank, Education, and Shelter programs
